CLEANING SERVICES
DESCRIPTION
The individual who completes this module can provide daily maintenance cleaning services in various customer settings. They possess customer service skills, initiative, cooperation abilities, and problem-solving skills. Those who have passed the module will work in diverse customer locations and environments, ensuring the cleanliness of the premises. They may work in places such as schools, nurseries or hotels.
The instruction is practical, and it includes a training agreement period in a real work environment (work placement).

DURATION OF THE EDUCATION
The duration of the partial module is about six months, according to Personal competence development plan.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Good health and interest in the cleaning industry, sufficient proficiency in the English language.

The interviews will be held 6.-7.10.2025 at The Ostrobothnia employment services in Vaasa. A text message/SMS invitation will be sent to the interviewees.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Labour policy education is primarily intended for unemployed individuals and those at risk of unemployment who are clients of the Ostrobothnia employment services and whose job search is registered with the employment services. Labour policy education is free of charge for students. During the education, unemployment benefits and expense allowances may be paid.
