Password Change Requirements

Change password:

  1. The workstation notifies you that your password has expired. Click on “Change Password”.

2. Enter: Username, old password, and new password 2 times.

You will receive the message: “Your password has been updated”.

When changing your password, please ensure it meets the following criteria:

  • Length: At least 12 characters.
  • Complexity: Must include characters from at least three of the followingcategories:
    • Lowercase letters
    • Uppercase letters
    • Numbers
    • Special characters (e.g., !, @, #, $)
  • Uniqueness: Should not reference your username or any easily guessable information.
  • History: Must not be the same as any of your previous ten passwords.

A strong password is sufficiently long and contains a variety of characters. Avoid easily guessable combinations such as names, common words, or birthdays. Also, avoid repeated characters or characters in sequence (e.g. aaaa, !!!!!, ABCD, 1234)

By adhering to these guidelines, you enhance the security of your account and protect your personal information.

Language test

All applicants must have a valid Duolingo English Test (the test is valid for two years). The test score is submitted to the application. English language test is part of our scoring system and therefore it cannot be waived. We do not accept any other language tests, diplomas or qualifications as proof of language skill.

School certificates, employment or work certificates, Duolingo English Test results and a copy/photo of your passport or ID card.

Do not include in the application: bank information, health information or letters of recommendation.

“If you have been granted a residence permit for studies, you are allowed to work in paid employment in any field for an average of 30 hours per week. The number of working hours can be exceeded some weeks, as long as the average working hours are no more than 30 hours per week at the end of the year. However, your work may not slow down your studies. ”
